The home visit
Your visit will last about an hour. During that time we’ll:
- Assess your home’s heating efficiency and inspect your heating system
- Take thermal images of all your radiators to make sure they’re working properly
- Check your insulation and calculate how much heat your home loses
- Inspect the quality of windows and let you know of any potential draughts
- Assess the efficiency of your lighting
- Answer any questions you have and provide advice on government grants and funding
- Advice on new, sustainable tech from EV chargers to solar panels, heat pumps and more!

After the home visit, we’ll give you exclusive access to our Home Health Check app. It’ll give you a detailed plan with ways on how to improve your home’s energy efficiency.
